Release 2024.13

CRM: deduplicating relations with a ticket for the same meeting
Previously, you could not deduplicate two relations who had a ticket for the same meeting. It is still the case that you first have to handle all the administration properly before you start deduplicating, but now it is possible to deduplicate two relations with a registration for the same meeting if one of the two has cancelled the registration.
CRM: field type ‘Google maps relation picker’ added to predefined values registration/profile form
With profile and registration forms you can choose from a list of fields that you want to have filled in automatically and invisibly when someone fills in the form. It is now possible to use fields of the type ‘Google maps relation picker’ there as well.
CRM: incorrect address changes resolved
When changing the free text lines of an address, the change used to be marked as a change of address. This is not correct, because the relation in question has of course not actually moved. That is why changing the free text lines is no longer marked as a change of address.
E-commerce: export order lines expanded
In webshops it was possible to run two different exports, but there were situations where you had to run both exports and then combine them. One contained the shipping address and the company name, and the other the actual lines. We have now added the address information to the order line export, so that you no longer have to combine exports yourself.
Marketing Automation: change relation properties in a journey
Your relation has reached a certain step in a marketing automation journey. Hurray! Now you want one of your colleagues to see the relation in a relation list to call them or personally welcome them to your association. This will now be a lot easier. From now on, it is possible to change relation properties within Marketing Automation. Fill in a specific date field with today's date or assign a relation to the correct relation manager.
When using this journey step, you can use all free fields that are available on the edit form that is linked to the standard view for Marketing Automation. This way, as a SuperUser, you can determine which fields may be edited by Marketing Automation journeys.
Meetings & Events: column ‘participants on the reserve list’
In the overview of all meetings in Meetings & Events, there are a number of columns with relevant information that you want to be able to see at a glance. The number of registrations for the reserve list has now been added as a column. So now you can see in the overview which of your meetings more people wanted to attend than there were spots available.
Meetings & Events: copying e-mails
For meetings, you can set up e-mail communication to send e-mails at specific times or automatically send them to a participant at specific events. Sometimes you want to add e-mails that are quite similar to e-mails that already exist. That is why it is now possible to copy the content of these e-mails and then adjust the copy.
Meetings & Events: make material available at a pre-selected time
In some cases, you may want to publish materials for a meeting at a certain time: for example, when the meeting has started, or when it has ended. Of course, you would rather not have to quickly set this up in that exact moment. That is why it is now possible to predetermine the timing of when the entire ‘material’ tab should be shown.
Meetings & Events: see capacity when choosing a location
When choosing a location for a meeting, it is useful to be able to see directly which of your locations have what capacity. That is why a column has now been added to the overview of locations.
