Together we will look at the fastest way to get your Platform operational. You pay a one-time implementation fee to set up your Platform. These are always communicated to you before we start working together. We draw up a clear plan based on the complexity of your wishes and design. Do you take care of the design of your platform yourself or does a partner take care of this? We will then charge €2,000 for the start-up and technical setup of the implementation.

The strength of our Platform is its integration. All apps work together and this also includes our CMS in which you manage the website. Our advice is therefore to place the website (eventually) with Procurios. Especially when you want to focus on higher involvement of members and donors and use available data to do so. Our team of experienced interaction designers is happy to build a website for you that completely suits your organization.

Keeping your current website is also an option. By placing pieces of code (iframes) on your current site, we ensure that registrations and donations end up directly in your new platform. You can also opt for a separate website (on a subdomain) for your customer portal or fundraising campaigns. This way you retain the benefits of being able to measure your actions and campaigns, but you do not have to invest in a completely new website. 

Every person, company or organization in your CRM is a relationship. Whether it concerns users of the platform, debtors, donors, subscribers, contacts or people who are registered for the newsletter or have a profile on the website. Our solution specifically for charities or our solution specifically for membership organizations ensure that you have as few duplicate relationships as possible in your system and that the information of all your relationships is in one place.

With our import options it is easy to import relations and/or gifts. Many of our customers are starting to do this themselves. No one knows better than you what data you want to import into our platform. Our consultants are happy to guide you in this.

No, that doesn't happen automatically. Every quarter, we calculate the average number of relationships for the previous three months and send you a corrective invoice for the prepaid amount. This may mean that you either have to pay something extra or get something back from us.

Have you just crossed the threshold of a price tier? Then you can use our deduplication module to quickly find duplicate relations in your CRM and merge them together. If you keep track of this properly, you can be sure that you only pay for the relations that you find valuable.

Sometimes it is nice if you can archive your relationship data without immediately deleting it completely. But do these archived relationships still count when calculating the monthly rate? The answer is: no, they don't count. We do maintain that you may have approximately half the number of active contacts in your archive. However, in view of the GDPR, we recommend that you also regularly clean up your archived relationships, so that you can comply with the regulations and guarantee the privacy of (former) relationships.
